Raisins are among the old and traditional Iranian dried fruits used in all kinds of nuts and especially cooking. Among the high number of grape varieties in Iran, three types of grapevine, grainy crayfish and grains are the most popular in foreign sales.

Golden Long Raisins

Golden Raisins also are known as Golden Raisin Long or Kashmari Golden Raisin are cultivated in the northeast side of Iran in provinces such as Khorasan in areas like Kashmar and Khalil Abad. They are seedless grapes that farmers dry in shadow or by machine. They will wash the raisins after drying them and before starting the process. After that, they will add SO2 to the raisins when they want to re-dry it in the drier machines. The Moisture level of green raisin is between 14-16%. Also, If Customers request our production line can add Vegetable oil.

Sultana Raisin Dark Brown

This kind is prepared by drying the fruit in full sun and results in a dark color.

Golden Raisins

This kind is oven-dried and then sulfur is added to preserve its color

Sultana Raisins Light Brown

This kind is brown and is the most popular variety.
